Our service includes a comprehensive consultation process to identify gaps and opportunities, an in-depth report that includes physical security vulnerability assessments highlighting Areas of Concern and Options for Consideration, a review of emergency response policies and procedures, and a Prioritization of Areas of Concern. 

We stay onboard to help you understand and utilize the assessment to develop cost analysis and a schedule for mitigating those Areas of Concern.  Our experience in Incident Command and Crisis Management will help you develop or redefine your Crisis Management Plan and Crisis Management Team.  We have experienced partners who provide excellent training and table top exercises to practice your Emergency Plans and define Team roles.

Gary Durham is the owner of Durham Security Solutions, LLC, and has over 30 years experience in providing executive protection, managing large protection events, and leading crisis management teams.  He worked for more than 23 years with the United States Secret Service conducting criminal investigations and protecting Presidents and other dignitaries.  His last 13 years in the Secret Service was in Senior Management and Leadership roles.
